Overview
This course introduces and describes the key functionality of the Supportworks Visual Process Manager (VPM).
Delegates will gain practical experience in creating processes based around events, to use in their own systems.
Who should attend
This course is intended for all application developers who would like to create processes within their version of Supportworks.
Pre-requisites
Apart from general Windows application use, delegates attending this course should have attended the Supportworks System Administrator course.
We recommend that delegates have also attended the Customisation course.

- VPM basics - architecture and key functions
- Demonstrations of basic functionality
- Creating processes around call actions
- Creating processes around database actions
- Working with email and email templates
- Debugging process (log file)
