Overview
This course covers all of the key aspects of creating reports within Supportworks. Delegates will gain practical experience in how to build reports from scratch using the Supportworks Report Wizard, and working with existing reports that can be customised to suit their individual requirements. The course will also show how to work with themes and modify them to suit their look and feel.

This course is intended for all administrators and managers who would like to create reports within Supportworks.
Pre-requisites:
Apart from general Windows application use, delegates attending this course should have attended the Supportworks User Introduction Course, know simple SQL, HTML and understand the concept of databases.
