Hornbill, the leading enterprise service management solution provider has appointed ELMU as its Solution Partner for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux). ELMU's principal focus is the supply throughout the region of IT Service Management solutions based upon Hornbill's Supportworks software. The appointment is Hornbill's first in Europe and marks the start of its expansion programme throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and the rest of the world.
As well as selling licences for the Supportworks software, ELMU will provide a full range of services to Hornbill customers including consultancy, implementation services, training and support. Initially, ELMU will be targeting the IT service operations of mid-market organizations in all sectors, IT service providers and those Business to Business companies with a demanding external customer focus.
