Recruitment Agency Introduction & Terms and Conditions
Any agency wishing to become a supplier to Hornbill Systems Limited must accept the conditions set out below. Agencies who cannot agree to these terms need not apply.
- Hornbill Systems Limited will pay agencies professional fees for introductions that result in an engagement of employment with the company after a successful application. The rates will be paid as a percentage of basic salary only and will exclude the value of a company car or car allowance, pension, health and share schemes, bonuses and commission plans. The following rates will apply:
- For a basic salary up to £20,000 P.A we will pay a flat rate 10% fee.
- For a basic salary of £20,001 and above we will pay a flat rate 15% fee.
- Rebates in the event that the candidate leaves the employ of Hornbill within the first 10 weeks of employment will be based on:

| Week 6 | | 50% |
| Week 7 | | 40% |
| Week 8 | | 30% |
| Week 9 | | 20% |
| Week 10 | | 10% |
- Each approved agency will be allocated a reference number, which must accompany each submission of a potential candidate for any of the advertised positions. A specific e-mail address will be provided for submissions.
- Each submission must include as a minimum, the following:
- The candidate's current Curriculum Vitae
- The candidate's area of residence (to determine traveling requirements)
- The candidate's reason for leaving or wishing to leave current employment
- The candidate's current or last salary and benefits package
- The candidate's desired salary and benefits package
- If currently unemployed, how long for, and reason for leaving
- In the instance where a specific candidate is submitted to us for a position by more than one agency, only the first agency to submit the candidate will be accepted as the supplier, all other submitting agencies will be notified in this event and Hornbills decision will be final.
- The agency will agree not to place any candidate previously placed with Hornbill, with any other company within 2 years of placing them with Hornbill I that candidate is still employed by Hornbill unless agreed with Hornbill in advance.
- The agency will not attempt to entice or canvas any Hornbill employee into another position.
